We are looking for a meticulous Shipping Clerk to join our busy logistics hub in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are accurately documented, processed, and prepared for dispatch. Your duties will include verifying shipment details against orders, selecting appropriate packaging materials, preparing shipping labels, and coordinating with carriers. You will maintain accurate shipping records, track shipments, and resolve any shipping-related issues promptly. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with shipping software and carrier portals is a plus. The role involves some physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs, and requires adherence to all safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
