Industrial Designer needed for Custom PCB Enclosure – 3D Printable

I have a custom PCB that I'm manufacturing for my product that needs a professional enclosure designed. I'm new to enclosure manufacturing, so I'm looking for someone experienced who can guide material and manufacturing recommendations as part of the process.
About the PCB:
The board has the following components that protrude approximately 3.7mm outside of the PCB surface and need cutouts in the enclosure:
- 1x RJ45 (Ethernet) jack
- 1x USB-C power connector
- 2x Push buttons
There is also 1x LED located horizontally centered below the top-right push button. The enclosure must allow the LED to be visible from the outside (via a light pipe, transparent window, small opening, or similar approach — open to your recommendation).
The board has 3 mounting holes (2.21mm diameter, compatible with M2 screws). The enclosure should include matching standoffs or bosses for secure PCB mounting with M2 hardware.
The PCB dimensions are 60mm x 50mm. I can provide STEP/OBJ files when the project starts.
What I Need:
- A two-piece (top/bottom shell) snap-fit or screw-together enclosure design with properly sized and positioned cutouts for all protruding connectors and buttons.
- A solution for LED visibility through the enclosure.
- Recommendations on material and 3D printing method (FDM, resin/SLA, etc.) for an initial prototype run of ~5-200+ units. The design should follow injection molding best practices (uniform wall thickness, appropriate draft angles, etc.) so that it can transition to injection molding in the future without redesign.
- Deliverables as STEP and/or FreeCAD-compatible files (.FCStd or .step) so I can view and modify them in free software. STL files for printing are also welcome.
- Design should account for basic ventilation if needed (preferably bottom or sides) and secure PCB mounting using M2 screws through the board's 3 mounting holes.
- Rubber feet
Requirements:
- The enclosure should not have sharp corners
- Initial production will be 3D printed, but the design must be injection-molding-ready (proper draft angles, uniform wall thickness, no overhangs that require supports) to allow a seamless transition to molded production at higher volumes
- Even though the enclosure is a simple "box", I'm looking for great aesthetics
