You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role offers a solid hourly wage and the chance to develop valuable skills in warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Manage inventory control counts.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety .
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required, such as safety vests, gloves, and safety shoes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of Safety .
- Willingness to use required PPE .
