Job Summary The Azure Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in delivering customer-facing services that define and oversee cloud initiatives. This position is responsible for strategizing, architecting, and implementing innovative solutions that facilitate SHI customers' transition to the Public Cloud. You will design and execute enterprise-level infrastructure and platforms for cloud computing, ensuring seamless integration with current applications. Role Description Architect and implement cloud solutions, encompassing Network Design, Security Architecture, Governance Best Practices, and Connectivity.
Execute design and implementation tasks including logical layout, I/O design, cloud architecture assessment, system migration, and systems engineering.
Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert on various projects, overseeing team contributions and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Create technical roadmaps for future cloud implementations across Public Cloud platforms.
Plan, manage, and troubleshoot deployment of cloud services.
Utilize PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting for automation, documentation, and standardization.
Conduct business case analysis for potential projects.
Integrate security measures into every cloud architecture solution.
Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
Drive revenue growth within professional services by identifying new opportunities and refining service offerings.
Work closely with SHI stakeholder teams to create cohesive service solutions.
Engage with SHI sales teams to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery and client engagement.
Contribute to the development of best practices by identifying areas for growth and leading innovation initiatives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Exhibit deep expertise in Service Delivery, providing guidance on best practices, trends, and innovations in technology.
Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements based on industry trends and professional insights.
Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology and provide relevant recommendations.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks, driving the decommissioning of outdated solutions and promoting new partners or components.

Experienced in defining, designing, building, and maintaining robust systems and solutions - Intermediate.
Capable of writing, debugging, and maintaining code in various scripting languages for automation and software solutions - Intermediate.
Understanding of managing various infrastructure components and using orchestration tools for comprehensive solutions - Intermediate.
Able to develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive revenue growth - Intermediate.
Extensive experience in large-scale IT projects related to design, deployment, and configuration - Intermediate.
Other Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in designing and architecting solutions in Azure.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Deep understanding of cloud environments, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
Thorough knowledge of cloud computing models and the competitive landscape.
Extensive understanding of infrastructure components and orchestration for cloud solutions.
Experience with migrating workloads to or managing workloads in the Public Cloud.
Certifications AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator.
AZ-305 Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.
Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
The base salary for this position ranges from $136,000 to $176,000. The estimated on-target earnings, including base salary and bonuses, are between $170,000 and $220,000. Compensation will vary based on individual knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts.
