Right now, I create a high volume of content:
* Reels (Instagram & TikTok & YT shorts)
* Stories (daily)
* YouTube videos & vlogs
* Threads / X I want to start on (written content)
* Sales-driven short form content
I move fast. I post a lot. And I need someone who can keep up, and eventually take ownership.
This is not a "small freelance gig."
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who wants to grow with me.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
* Editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
* Uploading & optimizing content across platforms
* Writing captions based on my tone & positioning
* Helping with ideation & content planning
* Organizing content calendar
* Supporting launches, stories, and sales-driven campaigns
* Coming up with ideas and brainstorming with me daily to be creative
Who I'm Looking For:
You must:
* Understand social media deeply (especially short-form content)
* Understand sales & info products
* Understand personal brand positioning
* Be proactive (not waiting for instructions every 5 minutes)
* Be organized and structured
* Be available full-time
* Want long-term growth
Bonus if you:
* Understand high-ticket sales
* Understand funnels & digital offers
* Have worked with coaches / online educators before
* Think strategically, not just as an editor
Important:
I don't need just an editor.
I need someone who thinks.
Someone who can:
* Improve hooks
* Spot weak content
* Suggest better angles
* Help scale output without lowering quality
You'll grow into:
* Full social media manager
* Strategic content lead
* Potential team lead long-term
