Automate Returns Flow for Google Ads in Magento 2 Commerce

I am looking for an n8n expert to build a workflow that syncs return data from my Magento 2 store to Google Ads to optimize our Performance Max campaigns.
The workflow should:
Fetch Data: Periodically retrieve new Credit Memos (returns) from Magento 2 via REST API.
Process: Match returns to the original Order ID/Transaction ID and include the GCLID or hashed customer data (Enhanced Conversions).
Sync to Google Sheets: Format and push this data into a Google Sheet structured for Google Ads "Conversion Adjustments."
Google Ads Integration: Ensure the data is correctly formatted so Google Ads can "restate" or "retract" conversion values, allowing our PMax bidding strategies to account for actual net profit (POAS).
Requirements:
Proven experience with n8n and Magento 2 REST API.
Familiarity with Google Ads Offline Conversion Imports (OCI).
Ability to handle data transformation (JSON to Google Sheets).
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Magento 2, JavaScript, n8n, Google Sheets Automation, Google APIs, RESTful API
