We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of physiotherapy principles and practices, with a strong focus on patient-centered care. This position involves working in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments, providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients of all ages.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and goals.
* Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
* Administer appropriate therapeutic interventions, including trigger point therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and geriatrics-focused treatments.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR systems and adhere to medical terminology standards.
* Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, home exercises, and community care resources.
* Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery.
* Stay updated on best practices in physiotherapy through continuous professional development.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in acute care settings, with a strong background in inpatient therapy preferred.
* Familiarity with pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and outpatient clinic experience is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Previous experience in home health or community care environments is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.29 - $57.55 per hour
