Our client is looking for a driven and experienced 360 temp Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Oldham, Manchester. If you know how to own the full recruitment cycle-from winning new clients to placing top talent-you'll thrive here.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Full 360 recruitment: BD, resourcing, client relationship management
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong client pipelines
• Manage interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Hit and exceed KPIs with full support and autonomy

What We're Looking For:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (any sector)
• Confident in business development and cold outreach
• Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
• Organised, ambitious, and target-driven
• Oldham-based or commutable
