ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Leadership Learning Consultant, you will shape and deliver high‑impact leadership and inclusion solutions within a lean, fast‑moving consultancy environment. You'll lead the full lifecycle of leadership development—conducting needs analysis, architecting learning journeys, and designing high‑quality, multi‑modal learning experiences that drive measurable behavior change.
You'll bring strong contextualization skills, deep expertise in leadership development, and the ability to blend human insight with AI‑accelerated design. As both a subject‑matter specialist and a skilled learning designer, you'll confidently represent our work in client conversations, pitches, and solutioning sessions—ensuring our offerings are strategically aligned, commercially sound, and future‑focused.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Solutioning & Sales Partnership
Map client leadership competencies to our intellectual property and design learning journeys that balance client needs with commercial outcomes.
Shape RFP and proposal responses by crafting compelling narratives, learning pathways, and pragmatic effort/cost estimates.
Partner closely with Sales Managers to clarify client outcomes, refine scope, and articulate a clear, differentiated value proposition.
Instructional Design & Innovation
Design and contextualize leadership and inclusion learning solutions across modalities: in‑person, virtual, digital, and blended.
Apply modern adult‑learning principles to create engaging, evidence‑based instructional content for both bespoke client programmes and off‑the‑shelf offerings.
Build modular, reusable assets that increase scalability and reduce rework across clients and programmes.
Integrate partner technologies into learning experiences and advise clients on their effective use.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, early drafting, and iterative refinement of learning materials.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Orchestration
Scope and coordinate work across Digital, Graphics, Project Management, and Account Management teams—ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth execution.
Maintain delivery momentum, proactively surface risks, and collaborate with PMs and AMs to resolve issues quickly.
Expert Delivery
Design and facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to equip facilitators with the capability and confidence to deliver our programmes to a high standard.
Act as a leadership subject‑matter expert in senior‑stakeholder meetings and high‑stakes pitches, representing our methodology with clarity and credibility.
Operational Excellence
Continuously refine templates, workflows, and QA processes to drive efficiency and quality in a lean operating model.
Track and reduce cycle time and rework while protecting the integrity and impact of the learning experience.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong multi‑modal learning design capability across all levels of leadership content.
Ability to estimate effort, translate designs into build‑ready briefs, and collaborate effectively with digital production teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and comfort working in rapid iteration cycles.
Confident daily use of Copilot and Content AIQ for drafting, ideation, research, QA, and adaptation.
Ability to integrate partner technologies to create tech‑ and AI‑enhanced learning solutions where appropriate.
