What Our Client Needs
A Senior AI Data Scientist to join the AI and Product Innovation team and lead the design and delivery of applied, production-grade AI systems that support decision-making in employee experience and talent management.
Who You Are
You are an AI-native, product-minded data scientist who thrives in ambiguity and takes ideas from concept to production. You think in models, agents, and reasoning systems, work fluently in Python, and care deeply about building AI that is grounded, explainable, and trusted. You communicate complex ideas clearly and partner naturally with product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do Design and deliver AI-powered advisors, assistants, and analytic agents that reason over organizational data and context. Build and maintain production-ready Python services that power AI applications. Apply, adapt, and fine-tune foundation models to deliver reliable, context-aware AI experiences. Architect agentic AI systems using frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, Autogen, or similar. Design and evolve RAG pipelines and knowledge-based approaches grounded in organizational data. Develop and test prompting strategies, agent behaviors, and interaction patterns. Enable conversational analytics that allow users to explore data and generate insights through natural language. Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to scale AI capabilities into production features. Stay current with emerging generative and agentic AI trends and translate them into practical solutions. Communicate AI concepts, tradeoffs, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in applied AI, data science, or machine learning. Hands-on experience delivering generative AI solutions in production. Strong Python expertise building AI-driven or data-centric services. Practical experience working with LLM APIs. Deep experience with prompt engineering for complex reasoning tasks. Understanding of agentic AI concepts including planning, tool use, and memory. Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures. Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, or Autogen. Experience testing, monitoring, and iterating on production AI systems. Strong communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces. Preferred experience with SaaS products, MCP servers, vector databases, cloud platforms, and analytics-driven AI solutions. What They Offer
