The Role draftLine is looking for an experienced Midweight Graphic Designer with a strong eye for craft, consistency, and detail, and the confidence to take ownership of design execution across a range of touchpoints. You’ll be a key contributor to delivering high-quality creative work, working closely with senior designers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life across digital and print. This role is ideal for someone who is solidly experienced, highly reliable in execution, and ready to operate with autonomy while continuing to sharpen their craft and creative judgement.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality digital-first visual communication materials across web, social, CRM, paid media, and presentations, with print as secondary output.
Apply strong understanding of digital design principles including hierarchy, responsiveness, legibility, accessibility, and scalability across formats.
Translate briefs and creative direction into effective digital executions that perform across multiple platforms and screen sizes.
Collaborate closely with senior designers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to refine and elevate digital creative.
Apply and maintain brand systems consistently across digital touchpoints, ensuring clarity and coherence at scale.
Manage your own workload across multiple digital projects, delivering to tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute ideas and creative thinking during digital concept development and design reviews.
Stay up to date with digital design trends, tools, and platform best practices.
Who We’re Looking For
4–6 years’ experience in graphic design, with substantial, hands-on digital design experience.
A strong digital-led portfolio demonstrating work across web, social, digital campaigns, CRM, and presentation design.
Proven ability to design for multiple digital formats, ratios, and screen sizes.
Proficiency in Figma (essential) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of digital design best practices, including responsiveness, accessibility, and performance considerations.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple digital projects concurrently.
Clear communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.

Digital Design Expertise (Essential): You have proven experience designing for digital platforms and understand how design translates across screens, formats, and environments.
Strong Visual Craft: You demonstrate confident use of typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition, particularly in digital contexts.
Detail-Oriented Execution: You maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and polish across all digital outputs.
Confident, Autonomous Designer: You can own digital design tasks end-to-end within an established creative direction.
Collaborative and Communicative: You work effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders, incorporating feedback constructively.
