Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in property management systems. This role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the overall smooth functioning of properties to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, inquiries, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Utilize property management software such as Yardi to track leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of all property transactions and communications
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, document preparation, and correspondence
  • Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants through sales techniques and customer relationship management strategies
  • Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants and renewals with current tenants
  • Maintain phone etiquette when interacting with tenants, vendors, and prospective clients
  • Support the implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for efficient work order tracking

Skills

  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
  • Strong office experience with excellent organizational skills
  • Previous administrative experience in property management or related fields
  • Sales experience with a focus on customer service and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive tenant relationships
  • Knowledge of property management practices, including lease administration and maintenance coordination
  • Ability to manage customer relationships effectively using CRM tools
  • Data entry accuracy and attention to detail for record keeping and filing processes
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance scheduling and tracking
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally

Pay: $49, $59,965.45 per year
