Job Summary:
Our Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for a reliable and energetic Distribution Center Associate. This role is fundamental to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of goods within our warehouse. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your contribution is key to our success in the logistics industry, providing seamless service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
  • Sort and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Accurately pick orders from shelves using pick lists or scanning devices.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring aisles and workstations are clear.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Must be able to perform manual Lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and Logistics procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE .
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting throughout the shift.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
