Compensation + Benefits

• $125K–$188K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient primary and urgent care services for all ages
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and manage treatment plans
• Prescribe medications in accordance with protocols and scope

• Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools

• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with FNP concentration

• NYS Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• FNP certification through AANP or ANCC
• Comfortable using EMR systems; strong HIPAA knowledge
• FMCSA required (or obtain within 90 days of start)
• DEA registration preferred (or obtain after hire)
• Primary/urgent care experience preferred; Spanish a plus
• New graduates encouraged to apply
