We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with food preparation tasks in a dynamic kitchen environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring items according to recipes and standards
• Support the cooking team with basic food prep tasks such as assembling salads, portioning ingredients, and setting up stations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
• Follow food safety guidelines at all times to ensure safe handling of ingredients
• Organize supplies and stock ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
• Assist with packaging and portioning food items for delivery or takeout orders as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet preparation deadlines and uphold quality standards

Skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Prior experience in food prep or kitchen environment is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
