Lazard Wealth (LW), LAM's wealth management business,collaborates with our clients to help solve and simplify the complexities of wealth, while delivering sophisticated investment solutions and advice. We combine years of history and experience to help preserve and grow our clients' wealth across generations. The principal areas of focus with clients are strategic advice and planning, investment management and direct private investments. Working in partnership with families, we customize an investment process that meets their specific needs.

We are seeking a Family Office Services Intern within the Lazard Wealth Team. The Family Office Services team sits at the center of Lazard Wealth's operational ecosystem, leading the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the platforms and processes that support our clients and internal partners. With client experience as our highest priority, the team evaluates workflows across functions to streamline operations, strengthen data integrity, and enhance service delivery. We are a collaborative, data-driven group that values curiosity, analytical rigor, and innovative thinking. Interns gain hands-on exposure to cross-functional operations, tackle real-world problems, and contribute to scalable solutions that help evolve and grow the business.

We'll trust you to:

  • Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate closely with the Family Office Services team to refine and enhance core operational workflows, including data management, invoicing processes, and the production of high-quality client materials.
  • Partner with client investment advisors to prepare accurate, timely, and polished deliverables that support ongoing client engagements.
  • Support and help coordinate AI-driven initiatives across multiple technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, workflow consistency, and successful project execution.
  • Participate actively in weekly team meetings to discuss strategic priorities, share insights, and help drive execution of key initiatives.
  • Engage in firmwide intern programming, including collaboration with peers and the completion of a capstone project that applies real-world problem-solving to a business challenge.

You'll need to have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and articulate ideas clearly in both written and verbal settings.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work.
  • Curiosity and a hands-on, proactive approach to learning and tackling operational challenges.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to review, validate, and interpret data within internal systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with emerging AI tools or data-driven platforms is a plus.

Successful applicants will need:

  • To be graduating in 2027. This program is open to rising seniors only
  • Ability to start an internship June 1, 2026 and end August 7, 2026
  • Ability to be in NYC for the duration of the internship
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Compensation: Pro-rated base annual salary of $75,000
