This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse and contributes directly to our logistics network. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and unpacking shipments, stocking items, fulfilling orders, and preparing goods for dispatch. Accuracy and efficiency are key to this role, as is a strong commitment to Safety. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. This physically demanding position involves frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for extended periods, and operating basic warehouse equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items from storage locations for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Support the overall logistics process through effective task execution.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing.
- Commitment to Safety practices and proper use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
