About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Immigration Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you'll represent clients in removal proceedings and other complex immigration matters, working alongside experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff who share your mission to protect and empower immigrant families.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before U.S. Immigration Courts, USCIS, and other agencies in removal defense and related matters
• Handle a diverse caseload including asylum, cancellation of removal, motions to reopen/reconsider, bond hearings, and appeals
• Draft persuasive legal briefs, motions, and supporting evidence for hearings and appeals before the BIA
• Conduct detailed case analysis and develop effective litigation strategies tailored to each client's situation
• Prepare and coach clients and witnesses for hearings and interviews
• Collaborate closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and fellow attorneys to ensure the highest level of service and case preparation
• Maintain client communication with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity

Requirements

• J.D. and active license to practice law in any U.S. state (immigration bar experience preferred)
• Prior experience in immigration litigation or removal defense highly preferred
• Excellent oral advocacy and legal writing skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — native or near-native Spanish proficiency required
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Deep commitment to immigrant rights, due process, and family unity
