Position Overview

We're seeking compassionate, motivated LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, LPCCs, and Licensed Psychologists to provide virtual or Onsite therapy for clients of all ages. You'll enjoy the flexibility of telehealth while receiving the full administrative and clinical support of a large practice.

Compensation Structure

• Full-time (W2): $75,000 – $85,000 annually (26–28 patients/week)
• Part-time (1099): Flexible schedule, paid under a 70/30 collections/reimbursement model (therapist receives 70% of net insurance receivables)
• Per session rates: $65–$125, depending on insurance reimbursement
• Bonus opportunities based on productivity and performance

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist license in TN or any other states
• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field
• Reliable internet connection and telehealth capability
• Commitment to providing quality, compassionate mental health care

Schedule

• Flexible hours — full-time or part-time
• Therapist controls own schedule
