With expertise in placing security-cleared personnel for temporary and permanent roles, we deliver reliable and consistent support.     We specialize in flexible workforce solutions to support seasonal peaks and long-term operational planning to airport operators, airlines, ground support services, freight, transport, logistics, and airport hospitality.    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to help accelerate brand growth, expand our UK airport client base, and drive the promotion of our specialist recruitment and security vetting services.    This is a full-time, Hybrid role working from our Head Office in Castle Donington (DE74 2SA) and will involve travel to UK airports.    As the Business Development Consultant, your responsibilities include:  Identifying and developing new business opportunities for recruitment and security vetting services using a variety of lead generation solutions  Building and maintaining a pipeline of relationships with clients and creating strategies to meet sales and growth targets   Lead generation/prospecting, discovery through to presentations, negotiation and closing deals  Conducting industry research using our in-house Media team, Labour Market and LinkedIn Talent Insights resources   What you will bring to the role:  Business Development, Sales Development or Lead Generation experience where you have focused purely outbound new business sales  A track in selling recruitment solutions OR selling a service or software solutions in a B2B environment  Confident in using a a variety of outreach tools including telesales and professional social media platforms    Experienced in delivering sales presentations and writing sales proposals  Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation  Proficiency with CRM Software such as LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead generation software  Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed targets  UK Driving Licence   In return, the Business Development Consultant will be offered:   £35,000 - £38,000 basic per annum + £12,000 – £15,000 OTE (first year)  Hybrid working: 2/3 days office based   Premium recruitment tools: LinkedIn Recruiter Pro + LinkedIn Sales Navigator + Cognism  Client database of leads  Retail discounts, company social events & free on-site airport parking (even when you travel) + Employee recognition programme  Structured training with genuine progression opportunities   Why come and work for us?  Part of the Pertemps Network Group of companies  A highly reputable and established recruitment company within the aviation industry  Access to the very latest recruitment tools   No internal competition   Ability to sell solutions to all markets ranging from industrial to technical within the aviation industry  Social Media and Marketing support   Please click on the link below or speak to Kully Sandhu for an informal chat
