The ideal candidate will be able to effectively work with the Store Manager fellow Store Associates to help meet and exceed monthly sales goals, while promoting the East Fork atmosphere. In order to help ensure all aspects of this position are performed as expected, there will be regularly scheduled performance reviews./ph2Responsibilities/h2ulliImplement strategies from management to reach monthly sales goals/liliBe able to speak knowledgeably about every product we carry in our store/liliDemonstrate selling and product knowledge strategies to determine the customers needs and offer suggestions or alternatives/liliEnsure the highest level of customer care/liliBuild genuine, lasting relationships with customers via quality interpersonal interactions/liliServe as an extension of the brand by aligning with East Fork Mission and Values/liliEnsure a customers positive final impression at the cash wrap by following/ensuring staff follow all company procedures/liliUnderstand merchandising guidelines and collaborate with management to maintain displays/liliRelay inventory/supply needs to Store Manager in a timely manner/liliMaintain general organization and cleanliness of storefront and storage rooms/liliAssist store management in receiving orders and processing shipment/liliAssist Store Manager in cyclical store inventory counts/liliFollow proper security procedures to protect employees, customers, and company assets/liliHave a good working knowledge of the technical aspects of our operation as it applies to customer inquiries/liliMake sure all customer facing interactions are value aligned/liliOpen and close the store according to task list/liliFollow all company policies and procedures/li/ulh2Reports To/h2pStore Manager/ph2Collaborates With/h2pRegional Store Staff, Customer Experience Team, Fulfillment Team/ph2Direct Reports/h2pNone/ph2Measured Metrics and Review Schedule/h2pYour first review will be 90 days after your start date, then a six-month check-in and a development review annually for the duration of your employment.
