Position: Experienced Nursing Home Marketer
Location: Bronx, NY
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience) + Benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Marketer / Director of Marketing to join our team in the Bronx, NY. This is a senior-level position for a proven professional with a strong track record of success in long-term care and skilled nursing facility marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase Medicare and subacute census
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and the community
• Oversee referral development and ensure consistent admission growth
• Collaborate with leadership to meet census goals and enhance the facility's profile
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize results

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–7 years of proven marketing experience in skilled nursing/long-term care (required)
• Strong network within hospitals, rehab centers, and healthcare providers in the NYC/Bronx area
• Demonstrated success in significantly improving Medicare census
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
