SEWS currently operates within three geographic CCMDs areas of responsibility (U.S. European Command (USEUCOM), U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), and U.S. India Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) in support of the Department of State (DOS), U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and US Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) missions./ppClearance: Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility/ppTravel Required: Yes (up to 50%)/ppRequirements:/pulliConfiguration and implementation of the SEWS GCCS-J software and systems, GCCS-J courseware development, providing SEWS specific GCCS-J Operator training to US and FMS personnel, as well as system support to the local Colorado Springs, NATO, and various supported FMS locations./liliCollaborating with SEWS contractor and government personnel to plan OMS trips and stay apprised of Theater issues./liliAssisting with the design and analysis of user needs and associated hardware and software recommendations./liliPerforming system support for remote users to identify and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues, document solutions, and develop recommendations to reduce the frequency of repairs./liliResponding to system outages to ensure issues are resolved per contract requirements./liliProviding maintenance support for system / equipment issues./liliSupporting Emergency On-Site Sustainment (EOSS) travel to customer locations as required./liliPlanning, developing and conducting GCCS-J Familiarization Training for CCMD and FMS customers./liliProviding refresher training for existing staff as well as training for new operators./liliUtilizing engineering skills to research, develop, test, and document solutions for Research Test (RT) activities./li/ulpRequired Experience:/pulliBS degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliThree (3) or more years of systems administration experience supporting Windows and Linux./liliStrong knowledge of Server Operating Systems./liliKnowledge of virtualization concepts and products (VMware)./liliKnowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) for user and groups./liliKnowledge of current Microsoft Operating Systems (Server Workstation)./liliFamiliarity with Oracle/Sybase/Postgress database maintenance./liliFamiliarity with Java application servers (Tomcat, JBoss)./liliFamiliarity with Linux/UNIX applications and services (NFS, SSH, NTP, LDAP, HTTP, Ansible)./li/ulpAdditional Eligibility Qualifications:/pulliMust currently have and be able to maintain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Eligibility/liliDoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)./liliThe flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental Vision)./liliRetirement Plan (401K w/ employer matching)./liliPaid Time Off 10 Paid Public Holidays./liliShort and Long-Term Disability./liliHealthy Work-Life Balance./liliTraining Development./li/ulpWhy Work For Paragon Cyber Solutions?/ppYou want to make a difference.
