Job Summary In the Security Operations Presales Solutions Architect role, you will play a critical, hands-on role in shaping and communicating our cybersecurity vision focused on Security Operations. Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams, you will design customized security solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will translate technical capabilities into compelling strategies and create rich presales content, including demos, technical briefs, and presentations that resonate with engineers and executives alike. You will also enhance our internal teams' knowledge by educating engineers on emerging threats, product updates, and use cases. Your expertise will position you as a trusted partner to our most strategic customers, helping to build lasting relationships and drive impactful security results. Role Description Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.
Translate complex security concepts into business-relevant value propositions.
Design and present security operations architectures (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, threat intelligence).
Contribute to practice development by identifying growth opportunities, leading innovation initiatives, and maintaining practice standards.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through product briefings, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer.
Exhibit deep expertise in SHI service capabilities while providing thought leadership on best practices, trends, and technological innovations to clients and SHI teams.
Stay updated with new technologies and frameworks, advocate for retiring outdated solutions, and recommend adopting new partners or solution components.

Skill Level Requirements Intermediate proficiency in project oversight and completion, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Experience in identifying and managing technical needs and specifications through business analysis. Intermediate ability to define, design, and maintain robust systems and solutions. Intermediate coding skills in various scripting and programming languages for automation and software development. Intermediate understanding and management of infrastructure components and orchestration tools. Intermediate capability in developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and driving revenue growth via professional services engagements. Extensive experience in managing large-scale IT projects encompassing design, deployment, and configuration. Other Requirements Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience. 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure. Willingness to travel occasionally up to 20%. The estimated annual pay range for this position is $180,000 - $250,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
