Required Skills: Responsibilities: Analyze complex data sets to solve challenging problems through statistical and analytical methods. Utilize your technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to formulate effective product strategies. Establish and measure success through goal-setting, forecasting, and monitoring key performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape and execute product strategy and investment decisions. Develop a long-term vision and strategic roadmap for programs and products. Work with executive teams to design and refine data platforms and instrumentation. Communicate insights and actionable recommendations effectively to stakeholders. Define success metrics, anticipate changes, and set team goals. Support the creation of roadmaps and coordinate analytics efforts across teams. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (such as SQL), scripting languages (like Python), or statistical/mathematical software (including R, SAS, Matlab). 8+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives in an individual contributor capacity, working closely with Engineering and cross-functional partners to guide data-informed product planning and strategy development. Proven track record of successfully managing complex analytics projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, PM/TPM, Analytics, and Finance. Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning techniques, and experimentation/causal inference methodologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics clearly and actionably. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience presenting analytic results to leadership teams to influence strategic direction. Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field. Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or scientific discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research). 10+ years of experience conducting advanced quantitative analysis in product analytics. Public Compensation: $210,000/year to $281,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Industry:
