Senior Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Les Belles is a high quality, fast paced boutique dental practice is seeking a Full/Part Time Dental assistant to join the team.

Days Needed: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Alternating Saturdays

Duties

• Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, including Endodontics and other specialized treatments.
• Prepare and maintain the dental operatory, ensuring all instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
• Ensuring patient comfort throughout their visit.
• Manage consent & lab documentation and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic protocols.
• Operate 3D scanners for imaging purposes, assisting in the creation of precise dental models.
• Provide support in adult general & cosmetic dentistry, making patients feel comfortable during their appointments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required; familiarity with private boutique dental practice is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cosmetic & specialty dentistry practices is advantageous but not required.
