Join a collaborative team of Business Analysts supporting innovation across the UKI, EU, and international markets. About the role
This position will work with one or more Business Units, supporting multiple assigned projects aimed at delivering IT solutions and services that meet company cost, quality, and strategic targets. The role will predominately focus on gathering and analyzing work group data, defining current processes and requirements, researching best practices, and identifying and documenting process improvements and functional specifications. Responsibilities
Analyse and document current and future business processes and requirements. Support the development of system specifications, workflows, and transition strategies. Assist in creating clear and user-friendly technical and functional documentation. Contribute to the design of tools and solutions that meet evolving business needs. Follow established protocols and quality standards during solution development and deployment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed. Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications. Identify opportunities for process improvement using data and best practices. Perform other relevant duties as required. Requirements
Experience documenting business processes and identifying improvements. Familiarity with automated testing tools and maintaining test scripts. Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools. Effective facilitation and communication skills across diverse teams. Ability to write clear documentation and communicate technical concepts. Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable insights. Exposure to UML or similar modelling tools is beneficial. Broad technical awareness across platforms, tools, and languages. Prior experience in a business analyst role. Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Certification such as ISEB Business Analyst is a plus but not required. Working for you
