Procurement Supervisor(Mandarin Required)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities. This position focuses on building and managing our supply chain for equipment, materials, and logistics services—not merchandise or product category management. As a key member of our global procurement team, you will develop supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and enhance supply chain reliability for our operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle strategic sourcing activities for high-value procurement projects, from needs analysis and supplier selection to contract execution and performance management
• Develop and implement procurement policies and systems, focusing on cost savings, efficiency and compliance
• Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships through structured processes, negotiations, and ongoing performance reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• 2+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience. Background in MRO procurement is preferred.
• Familiar with common logistics and packaging materials such as cartons, labels, tapes, pallets, forklifts, as well as 3PL.
• Familiar with international trade practices, U.S. customs clearance procedures, tariff policies, and ocean freight logistics is a strong plus.
