Your Responsibilities:

• Step in across various shifts to maintain quality resident care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility
• Build rapport and offer companionship through meaningful interaction
• Help ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living environments
• Accurately document care and report any health changes to the team

Qualifications:

• CNA certification or related caregiver experience (HHA, DSP, NA)
• Comfortable working as-needed/on-call with flexible hours
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence
• A team player with a heart for serving older adults
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to jump in where needed most
