We are seeking an energetic and organized Fulfillment Associate for our Salt Lake City, Utah facility. In this vital role, you will contribute to the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. This fast-paced position requires an individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order tickets.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label shipments correctly and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Conduct final checks to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Follow all company safety rules and wear required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
