Lifeguard (18-21)

Job Summary:

We have flexible or consistent shifts for lifeguards availble each dy of the week from as early as 5am throughout the day and the last shift ends at 10pm. The shifts will run in 4-5 hour incriments, good for part time or full time lifeguards.

We will reimburse you for your certificaion, if you do not already have one and work for us for at least 6 months.

Pay is based on consistency in shifts. The more consistent, the higher the rate.

We are currently seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our pool facility. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for swimmers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool area to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules

• Provide excellent guest service by assisting guests with inquiries and concerns

• Perform water rescues and administer CPR or first aid when necessary

• Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance

• Test water quality and adjust chemical levels as needed

• Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as required

• Attend mandatory training sessions to stay up-to-date on lifeguarding techniques and protocols

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Lifeguard preferred but not required

• Current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid

• Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues confidently

• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Hours:

We have many different shift oppurtunities from morning only starting as early at 5am, to evening only ending at 11pm and everything in between.

We are looking for either part time or full time lifeguards.
