About The Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will play a key role in improving system reliability, scalability, and security while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with development teams.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
Drive best practices in infrastructure as code, automation, and monitoring.
Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.
Mentor mid-level and junior DevOps engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security, responding to incidents as needed.
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
Solid experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security best practices.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication skills and experience guiding or mentoring others.
Nice to Have
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
Familiarity with SRE practices, SLAs, and incident management.
Experience supporting microservices or event-driven architectures.
