● Prepare and serve meals as a Dietary Cook following planned menus, standardized recipes, and physician-ordered diets
● Ensure meals meet quality, temperature, portion control, and presentation standards
● Coordinate with the dietitian and Director of Food Services regarding menu changes and special diets
● Maintain kitchen sanitation, food safety, and infection control standards
● Assist with inventory management, food storage, and supply rotation

● Pay range: Starting at $ /hour (higher with No Frills Option)
● $500 Sign-On Bonus paid bi-weekly
● Full Time, 40 hours/week

● Minimum 8th grade education required
● Prior Dietary Cook experience preferred
● Ability to prepare food in large quantities using standardized recipes
● Knowledge of food safety, portion control, and safe food handling practices
● Food Safety Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
● Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
