We are seeking an experienced
Sr. Product Manager, Loyalty
to lead and evolve our Loyalty ecosystem across in-store and digital experiences. This role owns the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for client's offerings, including the
Beauty Insider Program, Challenges/Games, Loyalty Partnerships, and Credit Card
.

You will drive products end-to-end—from discovery through launch—partnering closely with
Marketing, Engineering, Design, Ecommerce, and Retail Operations
to deliver engaging, data-driven customer experiences that increase acquisition, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong e-commerce or retail product management experience, a passion for customer-centric design, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Loyalty experiences
  • Own features from concept to launch, including requirements, KPIs, implementation, and go-to-market
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize customer lifecycle tools and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless online and in-store experiences
  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitors to inform decisions
  • Advocate for product value and present clearly to stakeholders and executives
  • Lead agile delivery, manage sprints, and remove blockers to ensure on-time launches

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of Product Management in
    e-commerce, retail, or transaction-based
    products
  • Proven success launching customer-facing web and mobile products; Loyalty experience preferred
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and KPI-driven product development
  • Experience leveraging
    AI solutions
    for product or process automation
  • Solid technical understanding of APIs, web services, and modern platforms
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams
  • BA/BS required; MBA a plus
