Role Responsibilities

• Design experiments and conduct hands-on data science work to support next-generation machine learning systems.
• Gather, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to build and evaluate predictive models.
• Apply feature engineering, data wrangling, and statistical analysis to improve model performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and validate production-ready ML solutions.
• Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions and datasets used to train AI systems.
• Ensure analytical rigor, clarity, and reproducibility across all deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data science or applied analytics.
• High proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience using data science and ML libraries such as NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Strong background in areas such as exploratory data analysis, statistical inference, machine learning workflows, feature engineering, experimentation, or causal analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
