Spanish-Speaking Dental Receptionist – Join Our Growing Dental Practice

Location: Concord, CA

Job Type: Full-Time 36-40 hours a week

We're a fast-growing, patient-centered dental practice looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and reliable Spanish-speaking Dental Receptionist to join our front office team

Responsibilities:

As our front-office receptionist, you will play a key role in creating an amazing patient experience. Your duties will include:

• Greeting patients with a warm and friendly attitude
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Collecting copays, payments, and explaining financial arrangements
• Explaining treatment plans and answering patient questions
• Assisting patients with forms, signatures, and documentation
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the team with daily office operations
• Communicating clearly with patients in both English and Spanish

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken; written Spanish is a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a busy front office
• Dental office experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right person)
