As a *Charge Nurse*, you will oversee the care of your household, collaborating closely with Certified Nursing Assistants and other team members to provide high-quality, personalized care.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Administer medications and coordinate treatments
* Ensure residents thrive in a warm, supportive environment
* Lead your household team to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care
* Support a positive, collaborative work culture
*Positions Available:* RN or LPN full-time, part-time, and PRN – with flexible shifts of 8-,12-, or 16- hours to support your work-life balance. Premium pay packages available. Annual raises given.
