Your Role as the Occupational Therapist – The Village at Summerville as a full-time OT, you will:

• Evaluate and treat residents across the continuum: ST rehab, LTC, AL, IL, outpatient
• Develop individualized, occupation-centered plans of care rooted in resident goals
• Collaborate closely with IDT teams in weekly meetings and daily hand-offs
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development
• Support OT/OTA students through PCSC's robust clinical education partnerships

• As a full-time OT, you may:
  • Mentor Level I and Level II OT/OTA students

What You Bring

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current or eligible SC OT license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience with older adults preferred, but new grads with passion and maturity welcome
