ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR I (SUPERVISOR) – ADMIN DIVISION / ACCOUNTING SECTION / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE-PO UNIT
The reporting location for this position is at 715 P Street, Sacramento, CA. This position will work under the general supervision of the Accounting Administrator II.
The Accounting Administrator I (Sup) is responsible for monitoring all source documents to be encumbered, reconciling those documents and ensuring that the funding information is correct. Incumbent will have ongoing contact with all levels of Accounting staff, Budget and Bonds staff, as well as Field staff. This position will also be responsible for training and updating desk procedures.
We are located close to the State Capitol, Downtown and Light Rail.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
This position is designated as telework eligible-remotecentered.
