• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
• Schedule pest control service appointments and document customer requests clearly
• Process payments efficiently and accurately
• Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Communicate and collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintain accurate customer records using company systems
