Position Overview
We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) team member with hands-on experience in the auto glass industry. Whether your background is in sales, service writing, customer support, or field work, we want someone who understands the workflow, the terminology, and the unique needs of auto glass customers.

You'll work closely with commercial accounts, insurance partners, fleet managers, and walk-in customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by growth and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, fleet accounts, insurance agents, and walk-in customers
• Conduct outbound outreach to generate repeat and referral business
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on repairs, replacements, safety standards, and scheduling
• Create estimates, process orders, and support day-to-day operations
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish
• Represent the company with integrity, reliability, and excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in the auto glass industry is required (sales, service writing, or technician background welcome)
• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
