Call Center Representative Pharmacy Technician

As a Call Center Representative Pharmacy Technician, you will utilize your expertise in pharmacy, critical care and patient service to deliver exceptional care to our patients. With a background in the medical field you will excel in handling the intake of prescriptions and ensuring patient satisfaction. Possessing strong communication skills, mathematical abilities and computer proficiency, you will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacy team and enhancing patient outcomes.

We currently service patients throughout the United States providing our patients with excellent service by building up our employees through hands on training, coaching and the ability to make key decisions. Duties:

• Perform pharmaceutical processing duties, including filling new outpatient prescriptions, refilling prescriptions, and entering orders into database.
• Perform information consultation duties, including supporting new and refill prescriptions, supporting patient requests, supporting physician's requests, monitoring for drug interactions, and reporting adverse drug reactions.
• Perform quality interactions with patients and doctor offices. Inbound and outbound calls are conducted in a positive and friendly manner.

Start date:

• As soon as possible (typically 2-3 weeks after initiation)

Schedule:

• An 8 hour shift within the time frame of 7am to 5:10pm, Monday thru Friday. Employees are provided a set schedule which does not change often, providing consistency in scheduling to allow the employee to have a balanced life within home and work.

Ability to commute:

• Candidate is required to have reliable and safe transportation and is expected to commute to and from the work site.
• Parking is provided by the company
