Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team on-site in Leduc, AB. This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, preparing and recording payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities also include reconciling accounts, monitoring incoming payments, and communicating with clients or vendors to resolve payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of financial processes and support the broader administrative team as needed. Guide patients through our in-office financing program, Assist with application and approval steps, set up payment terms, and maintain payment schedules, Ensure all payment plans are up-to-date and clearly documented, Communicate professionally and compassionately to help families feel supported.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and account reconciliation.
  • Expertise in bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and team members.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and basic knowledge of financial reporting processes.
  • Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in an accounting or financial assistant role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in software like QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and related tools is an advantage.
