Collision Center Technician

Gregg Young Hortonville is searching for an experienced Collision Technician to join our TEAM at our Ford dealership.

Collision Technician Requirements:

• perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
• conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical issues.
• repair or replace damaged components, parts, or systems.
• use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
• weld and solder sheet metal as needed.
• ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards.
• team system- heavy areas, flow department and vehicle analysis stage
• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

*** I-CAR TRAINING AND OEM TRAINING PROVIDED ***

• previous experience in an automotive repair shop or dealership required.
• strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
• ability to read and interpret repair manuals and schematics.
• familiarity with hand tools and specialized equipment used in automotive repair
• excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Collision Technician Employment Package:

Hours & Compensation

• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
• 40 hours/week
• $35 - $40/flat rate hour
