Senior Delegate Sales Executive Our client is an award‑winning events business looking to expand its sales team. They are seeking a delegate sales person to join their London office.
Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 base plus uncapped commission (potentially £65,000 in Year 1). Flexible working.
Responsibilities
Drive, prospect and close delegate sales for a portfolio of events.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and commission benchmarks.
Collaborate with marketing, operations and event teams to ensure seamless hand‑off and event execution.
Qualifications
12–24 months of delegate sales experience, or 2+ years in B2B sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Degree qualified (preferred).
Positive, resilient mindset with a strong drive to earn commission.
Proactive, self‑motivated with a proven ability to close deals.
