About the Role
We are hiring dependable CDL-A drivers for OTR and Regional lanes originating from Kansas City, KS. Drivers enjoy steady freight, reliable miles, and weekly pay they can trust. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced driver, we provide the support and training needed to succeed.

Pay & Miles

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,500
• Average 2,300–2,500+ miles per week
• Monthly performance and safety bonuses

Freight & Equipment

• 100% no-touch freight; mostly drop & hook
• 2023+ Freightliner Cascadias assigned
• Modern trucks focused on comfort, fuel efficiency, and safety

Training & Support

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned routes
• Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT-compliant logs and required documentation
• Follow all company and federal safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch

Driver Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Current DOT medical card
• Able to pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug screen
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years
• Stable, verifiable work history
