Seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator for our bustling logistics facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a vital member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, stage, and transport a variety of goods. Your primary duties include loading and unloading trucks, transporting inventory to and from designated areas, and assisting with order fulfillment processes. You will perform daily safety inspections of your forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly. A strong adherence to safety protocols is non-negotiable, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining awareness of your surroundings to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues. This role requires excellent maneuverability skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. You should be comfortable working at heights and performing tasks that involve regular lifting of up to 50 pounds. Experience with various types of racking and inventory systems is highly beneficial.
