About The Role
Vaco by Highspring is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team in Tempe, AZ, on a hybrid schedule. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and executing corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles. Your insights will influence strategic decision-making processes, and you will develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor financial and operational performance. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on corporate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial planning cycles, including model ownership and scenario analysis to evaluate different business scenarios.
• Drive analytics related to month-end close processes, variance analysis, and performance insights to support senior leadership in making informed decisions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to accurately measure operational and financial performance across departments.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, and various business units to support strategic initiatives, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize financial models, and streamline reporting workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of insights.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed to address evolving business needs and strategic priorities.
