Brookfield Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia is looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) or PRN COTA to join our dynamic team of dedicated health care professionals to be a FORCE for Good in Battle Ground, WA.

*Position Summary:*
In addition to the duties listed below, this position will allow the creativity and flexibility that Occupational Therapy is built on. There is no “one way” in therapy and we strive to ensure our team members have the freedom to construct a program that truly puts our patients at the center while also dedicating energy to ensuring each team member feels valued. We think of our clinicians as “Superstars” who carry their own “superpower”, and should be utilized in the best way possible to serve our residents. \*In addition to supported ideas and ownership over clinical process, our therapy gyms are supported by rehab techs that support you on the floor to make sure you have what you need to provide amazing care.\* This facility runs on a weekday therapist schedule, this means no weekend shifts! Our in-house programs offers increased support and focus on the clinical measures that matter like LTC census and CMI, while minimizing the lens on measures that don’t. Requirements:
*Education*
* Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.
*Licenses/Certification*
* Current CPR certification
*Experience*
* Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
Note: All employees of Cascadia Healthcare are required to submit and be cleared to work in the facility per each state’s specific background check requirements prior to contact with patients/residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
