We are seeking a full time Service/Installation Technician in the Atlanta area.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES *
*Safety Compliance:* Prioritize adherence to all Company and facility-specific Safety Programs in all work activities.
*Break-Fix Repairs: *Execute repairs for the entire customer base as directed by management.
*Technical Support: * Deliver on-site and phone-based technical support to resolve customer operational and service issues promptly.
*After-Hours Support:* Provide periodic on-site and phone support after regular hours, following an alternating schedule with other Service Technicians.
*Preventative Maintenance: *Perform preventative repairs for systems under contract as directed by management.
*Project Support:* Leverage advanced technical expertise to assist Project Management with proposal preparation, site evaluations, and assessments as needed.
*System Servicing: *Maintain and service various systems, including but not limited to:
* Access Control Systems
* CCTV Systems
* Intrusion Detection Systems
* Limited Local, Regional, and Wide Area Networks
* Fiber Optic Cable Infrastructures
* Programmable Logic Controller Systems
* Integrated Paging Systems
* Distributed Antenna/Satellite Television Systems
* Gate Control Systems
*GENERAL EXPECTATIONS *
* *Background and Licensing:* Successfully pass a background check and drug screen; maintain a valid driver’s license.
* *Travel:* Be available to travel as required to support customer and project needs.
